Ingredients For almond cheesecake bars
- CRUST:

1/4 csplenda

1 1/4 cgraham cracker or vanilla wafers crumbs

1/3 clight butter melted
-
1/4 ctoasted sliced almonds, finely ground
- FILLING:

12 ozreduced fat cream cheese
-
1/2 csplenda
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/4 creduced fat sour cream
-
2 1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 tspalmond extract
- TOPPING:
-
ctoasted, sliced almonds
How To Make almond cheesecake bars

1preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8by8 inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray., Set aside.

2Mix crust ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Press into prepared pan, Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until firm.

3Mix cream cheese and splenda together until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, scraping the side of the bowl, and mixing well after each addition,. Add sour cream and extracts mix well Pour over prepared crust.

4Bake in oven for 40 to 50 minutes. or until firm. Top with toasted almonds.
