Don't overwork batter. From 1936 Pillsbury cookbook started the fork mark. Dough is denser than the regular recipes. Flattening the dough with a fork will help them bake more evenly or it will be burnt on bottom and raw on top.

Ingredients For 3ingredient air fryer peanut butter cookies

  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg

How To Make 3ingredient air fryer peanut butter cookies

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the butter in bowl first. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.

    Scoop 1/2 inch of dough,can use ice cream scoop, put in air fryer on top of parchment paper. Or foil. Using a fork press in the middle.

    Leave 1/2 inch between cookies. Cook 4 minutes at 370. Let rest for 4 minutes till they're cooled because they will break apart.

    Repeat for rest of dough. Add a couple teaspoons of water or butter if too stiff.
