    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    pumpkin puree

How To Make 2 ingredient brownie cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

    Melt chocolate, stir until smooth.

    Add in pumpkin puree. Whisk until combined.

    Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheet.

    Gently press cookie down with the back of a spoon.

    Bake 20 - 25 minutes until puffed with a few small cracks.

    Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes.
