1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2Melt chocolate, stir until smooth.

3Add in pumpkin puree. Whisk until combined.

4Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheet.

5Gently press cookie down with the back of a spoon.

6Bake 20 - 25 minutes until puffed with a few small cracks.
