How To Make whipped cream topped chocolate brownies

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350OF. BUTTER 13 X 9 INCH GLASS BAKING DISH. COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER AND COFFEE. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. ADD THE COFFEE AND MIX WELL. ADD THE VANILLA EXTRACT AND MIX WELL. IN A SMALL BOWL SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. ADD TO SUGAR MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL WELL COMBINED AND SMOOTH. ADD THE WALNUTS AND STIR UNTIL ALL COATED AND EVENLY SPREAD THROUGH THE BATTER. SPREAD THE BATTER INTO THE BUTTERED BAKING DISH. BAKE FOR 12 – 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL A BUTTER KNIFE INSERTED INTO THE DEEPEST CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN, YET SLIGHTLY STICKY. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND LET IT COOL COMPLETELY.

2WHIP CREAM: ADD HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM TO A SMALL BOWL. BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL IT STARTS TO THICKEN SLIGHTLY. ADD THE POWDERED SUGAR AND BEAT UNTIL SOFT, BUT FIRM PEAKS FORM. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER BEAT OR YOU WILL END UP WITH BUTTER. ONCE THE BROWNIES ARE COOL, SERVE A NICE SIZED SQUARE ON A DISH AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM. COVER THE LEFTOVER WHIPPED CREAM WITH A LID OR PLASTIC WRAP AND STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
