    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. GREASE AND FLOUR A 9-INCH LOAF PAN. EMPTY DRY INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE BOWL. STIR IN EGGS, WATER, AND BUTTER INTO DRY MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED. POUR BATTER INTO PAN. SPRINKLE CRUSHED COOKIES ON TOP OF BATTER. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 45-50 MINUTES UNTIL CAKE IS FIRM IN THE CENTER. COOL 15 MINUTES AND REMOVE FROM PAN. COOL COMPLETELY ON WIRE RACK.
