Isn't it nice to grab a treat from the freezer when the little ones are hungry. (I copied this recipe from Taste of Home's Quick Cooking cookbook-2000))

Ingredients For puddingwiches

  • 1 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • 1 pkg
    instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounce)
  • 1/4 c
    peanut butter (1/4 to 1/2 cup)

    whole graham crackers

How To Make puddingwiches

  • 1
    In mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and peanut butter. Beat on low speed two minutes. Let stand five minutes.

    Break or cut graham crackers in half.

    Spread pudding mix over half of the crackers. Top with remaining crackers.
  • 4
    Wrap and freeze until firm. These may be frozen for up to one month.
  • 5
    When serving, you may heat them in the microwave for a few seconds if you like them a little softer.
