I received this recipe from a friend and it is exellent for the Jewish Holiday Passover. Contains NO flour.

Ingredients For passover brownies

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp
    cake meal
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa
  • 3/4 c
    chopped nuts (optional)
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate chips (optional)

How To Make passover brownies

  • 1
    Beat eggs, add sugar gradually. Beat until light and fluffy. Add butter and beat again. Sift cake meal and cocoa together. Add to egg mixture, mix and stir in nuts and choco chips.

    Grease and dust 13x9 baking dish in a 400 degree oven and bake for 15 min.
