Ingredients For no sugar vegan chocolate fudge

  • 1 c
    erythritol sweetner
  • 1 c
    splenda, granulated
  • 4 oz
    baking chocolate, bar form
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy creamer
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 3 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    silken tofu, drained for one hour

How To Make no sugar vegan chocolate fudge

  • 1
    Bring sweeteners, chocolate, oil and cream slowly to a boil, stirring often. Boil one full minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add tofu and vanilla, beat with immersion blender, or pour into blender and pulse until creamy. Add nuts, stir.

    Pour mixture into glass bowl lined with parchment paper. Cool until firm, then cut into cubes. Return to refrigerator until hardened. Store in refrigerator. 135.1 Calories per serving
