Possibly the best discovery I've made out of curiosity. Bonus: the entire PAN has just about 680 calories! So a giant piece won't undo your day :)

Ingredients For mudbrick brownies

  • 1 box
    instant chocolate pudding - fat/sugar free
  • 2 c
    skim milk
  • 1 dash
    cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar substitute
  • 1 c
    whole grain flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    water

How To Make mudbrick brownies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Whisk together the pudding mix, cinnamon, and sugar substitute in a large bowl until thickened.

    Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add water until a cake-like batter forms. Add more water if needed.

    Spread evenly into a greased square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting/serving.
