Ingredients For most delicious chocolate zucchini bread

  • 2 oz
    unsweetened chocolate
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 pkg
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make most delicious chocolate zucchini bread

    Preheat oven to 350' degrees. Grease up to loaf pans. Melt both squares of unsweetened chocolate until smooth. (I use the microwave, not sure my grama did though)

    In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini, vanilla. Then slowly add the chocolate and mix well.

    Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the chocolate chips. Pour batter 3/4 of the way in both loaf pans.

    Bake in preheated oven for 70 minutes, or until done in center.
