Ingredients For marshmallow cream fudge

  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 5.3 oz
    can evaporated milk (fyi: 5 oz. and 2 tsp.)
  • 12 oz
    package semi-sweet chocolate morsals
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make marshmallow cream fudge

  • 1
    Butter a 9" x 13" dish. In a microwave proof bowl, blend in sugar and evaporated milk: mix well
  • 2
    Cook on level 8 (medium - high) for 11 1/2 minutes. Blend in chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Stir until smooth.

    Place in 9" x 13" dish, smooth. Chill until firm. Cut into 1" squares. Store in airtight container
