Ingredients For latte cheesecake bars

2 cchocoalte graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cbutter melted

1/2 tspcinnamon
- FILLING INGREDIENTS

2 Tbspheavy whipping cream

2 tspinstant coffee granules

28 oz. packages cream cheese softened

1/2 csugar

3eggs
-
1/2 tspvanilla
- TOPPING

1/3 cheavy whipping cream

1/2 csemi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make latte cheesecake bars

1Heat oven to 350. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix crumbs, butter and cinnamon in bowl and press into a 9x13 pan.

2Combine 2 tablespoons whipping and coffee granules in a small bowl. Let stand about 5 minutes or until coffee is dissolved.

3Combine cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy, scraping bowl often. Add coffee mixture, eggs and vanilla just until combined. Pour over crust and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool for about 1hr.

4In a small sauce pan, place 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and cook over medium heat and heat until cream almost comes to a boil (about 1 minute). Stir in chocolate chips and spread over cheesecake. Refrigirate until chocolate sets, usually about 1hr.
