This chili has won me awards everywhere I have entered it...I've yet to have anyone try it who has not asked for the recipe...Please, enjoy!

Ingredients For killer chili

1 lgonion, minced

1 lbground beef, extra lean

1 clovegarlic
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspallspice, ground
-
1 tspcinnamon, ground
-
1 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 Tbspcocoa, unsweetened (or 1-ounce chocolate)

15 oztomato sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
-
1/2 cbeef broth
-
2 cankidney beans
-
1 cancorn or hominy
How To Make killer chili

1In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, saute onion, garlic, and chili powder until is onions are cooked.

2Add the beef and barely cook, more to chop it up.

3Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, unsweetened cocoa or chocolate, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and beef broth.

4Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 1-1/2 hours OR put it all in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-hours.

5Put it in a bowl and top with your favorite chili toppings, if desired!
