Many years ago when my girlfriend Patty and I were young and single, that's when the dinosaurs roamed the earth according to my son, we took a trip down to Palm Springs for a winter holiday. We traveled up the tram into the snow layened mountain top and sat to look out the windows at the beautiful landscape. We ordered drinks from the bar to warm ourselves, before lunch. I still serve this drink to adults during cold winter days.

Ingredients For hot swiss miss

  • 2 pkg
    hot chocolate mix or make your own hot chocolate
  • 2
    jiggers of brandy
  • whipped cream
  • 2 stick
    of cinnamon
  • freshly grated nutmeg

How To Make hot swiss miss

  • 1
    Heat water to boiling add the chocolate package. Stir. Add the cinnamon stick. Add the Brandy. Add the whipped cream. Shake a sprinkle of nutmeg on top of whipped cream. Serve.
