Ingredients For homemade hot fudge sauce

1 3/4 cheavy cream

3/4 cbrown sugar, light

1/4 cbutter, cold

2 3/4 cmilk chocolate chips

1 pinchsea salt

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make homemade hot fudge sauce

1In a medium sauce pan, bring the cream just to a boil. Add the sugar and blend until melted.

2Add the butter a little at a time until melted, then add the chips. Let them soften before folding into the mixture.

3Stir in salt and vanilla until well blended. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

4Sauce will thicken as it cools. Tip: You can sub 1/4 tsp peppermint extract for the vanilla to make mint flavored sauce; 1/2 tsp raspberry or strawberry extract for fruit flavored sauces.
