Instead of using the traditional ground nuts and dates with the peanut butter filling, I used a bag of Heath toffee bits :) DELICIOUS!

Ingredients For heath's pb balls

  • 1 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 12 oz
    heath toffee bits
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla, maple, or butter rum extracts
  • 2 c
    either chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, melted

How To Make heath's pb balls

  • 1
    Combine the butter, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar,Heath Toffee Bits, vanilla, butter rum, or maple flavoring. Cream well and knead well
  • 2
    Melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Dip into melted chocolate chips.

    Refrigerate overnight (or at least for about 15 minutes) on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
