Ingredients For healthy morning muffins

1 lgegg

1-1/3 cmashed ripe bananas

3/4 cpacked, light brown sugar

1/3 capplesauce
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 cflour
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 cquick-cooking oats
-
1 csemisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cchopped walnuts, or pecans
How To Make healthy morning muffins

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine egg, banana, brown sugar, applesauce and vanilla, mix well.

2In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir flour mix and oats into banana mix. Mix well.

3Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into muffin cups 3/4-full. Bake 15-20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
