Ingredients For healthy, delicious banana-chocolate chip muffins

2-1/2bananas, mashed in a bowl.

1 lgegg
-
1/2 capplesauce
-
1 Tbspstevia sweetener

1 cwhole wheat flour
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1/4 c1% milk
-
1/4 tspvanilla
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
4 Tbspmini chocolate chips, semi-sweet
How To Make healthy, delicious banana-chocolate chip muffins

1Heat oven to 350. Spray 16 muffin tins, ( I used the mini muffin tins,) w/ cooking spray.

2In lg bowl, mix all ingredients well. Fill muffin cups w/ mix 1/2 way full. Pour a little water into any empty muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
