Ingredients For healthy chocolate chip blondies

1 1/2 cchickpeas (1 can, drained and rinsed)

3/4 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspbaking soda

1/8 tspsalt

3/4 cbrown sugar

1-2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/4 cground flax
-
1/4 cpeanut butter
-
1/3 cchocolate chips (optional)
How To Make healthy chocolate chip blondies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Blend all ingredients(except chips) until very smooth.

3Mix in chips, and scoop into a greased (or tinfoil- lined) 8x8 pan.

4Bake for 38-40 minutes.

5You want the blondies to look a little undercooked when you take them out. They'll firm up when they cool.(you can probly sub any white beans for chickpeas.)
