Ingredients For grasshopper dessert

1 (6) oz. pkglime jello gelatin

1/4 csugar
-
2 cboiling water
-
1/2 tsppeppermint extract

2 cprepared dream whip or whipped topping
How To Make grasshopper dessert

1Dessolve geltin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and flavoring, chill in a bowl until slightly thickened.

2Chill remaining gelatin in a 9 by 5 inch loaf panuntil firm. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

3Blend topping with the slightly thickened gelatin. Pour into a 4 c. sercing bowl and garnish.
