Ingredients For gluten free red velvet brownies

3 ozbittersweet chocolate 70 % coco butter

6 Tbsproom temp butter

1 csugar

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 ccornstarch

4 tspcocoa powder

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspvanilla extract

2 lgeggs
How To Make gluten free red velvet brownies

1Place chocolate and butter in a pot and melt. Blend smooth and while still warm add the sugar.

2Let cool three to five minutes.

3Sift the dry ingredients together and stir to combine well. Set aside.

4Add the vanilla and eggs to chocolate mixture stir to combine.

5Stir in the dry ingredients. Nuts are optional and 1/4 cup chopped can be added at this time.

6Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch square pan.

7Bake preheated oven 325 and bake 20 minutes to 25 minutes.Top should crack and also be shiney.

8Remove to cool on a wire rack.

9When cool frost if desired.
