This is an easy, way to satisfy a sweet tooth. My best friend shared it with me and I make it every time I have young folks to feed.

Ingredients For german chocolate krispie bars

  • 5 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 pkg
    10 ounce bag marshmallow
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 5 c
    cocoa krispies
  • 1 c
    pecan pieces
  • 3/4 c
    sweetened, flaked coconut

How To Make german chocolate krispie bars

  • 1
    Spray or grease a 9x13 pan. Melt the 5 Tbsp. butter in a larger pan. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add Krispies, pecans and coconut. Stir until completely coated, press in pan. Cool and cut into squares.
