1¼ cchocolate cookie crumbs

1/4 csugar

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 cancondensed milk

2/3 cchocolate syrup

2 Tbspinstant coffee
-
1 tsphot water
-
1 cwhipping cream, whipped
How To Make frozen mocha cheesecake

1In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. In a buttered 9" spring form pan or 13x9" pan pat crumbs firmly on the bottom and up sides of the pan. Chill

2In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add milk and syrup.

3In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water; add to the milk mixture. Mix well.

4Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan. Cover. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Return leftovers to the freezer.
