Ingredients For easy chocolate chip scones

  • 2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1/2 c
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c
    whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    whipping cream
  • 2 tsp
    sugar

How To Make easy chocolate chip scones

    Heat oven to 425. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, chocolate chips, 1/3 cup whipping cream, 3 tbsp sugar, egg and vanilla until soft dough forms.

    Pat dough into an 8"-circle on baking sheet. Brush w/ remaining whipping cream. Sprinkle w/ remaining sugar. Cut into 8 wedges, but don't separate. Bake 12 min, or until golden brown. Separate and serve warm.
