1 Tbspcocoa powder

2 Tbspwater

oil, for frying

1 pkgrefrigerated biscuits, like pillsbury, 10 biscuits
How To Make east chocolate-glazed doughnuts

1In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa and water until smooth.

2In lg saucpan, heat 1" of oil over high heat until hot, but not smoking. Separate biscuits. Using a sharp knife, cut out a small circle in the center of each biscuit, to form doughnut shapes.

3Cook doughnuts and holes in hot oil for about 1 min per side. Drain on paper towels. While still warm, dip doughnuts and doughnut holes into glaze mix.
