3 Tbspsplenda brown sugar...divided

1 Tbspmix of cinnomoon,nutmeg,cloves,allspice,gingeror to taste

2/3 cold fashion rolled oats

1 stickbutter

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cwalnuts

2 jarsugar free carmal ice cream topping

1 pkgsugar an fat free cool whip

1/2 csugar free ice cream
How To Make diabetic carmel apple crisp

1mix cold water,lemon juice an salt...

2core and peal apples an slice into water...set aside

3mix 1T sugar and 1 T flour and spices

4mix remaining flour and brown sugar with oats combine with cubed buter....mix an stir til like pea size

5add vailla....mix well

6add nuts mix well set aside

7drain apples.... add flour/sugar/spices... toss to coat well... pour into 9 inch pie plate[here add another apple if dish is not at least 2/3 s full]

8have apples even in pie plate... warm carmel in microwave so it pours easy and pour over apples[use 1 jar]

9crumble oats over apples

10bake at 350 for 50 minutes

11to serve.... divide into 6-8 bowls... put ice cream on it then some cool whip then drizzle more carmel toppin over all ..... then eat and enjoy
