Blue Ribbon Recipe

Need a very simple Valentine's Day dessert? Give this chocolate mousse recipe. It takes very little time to make. The longest part is letting it chill in the fridge. Creamy and light, this chocolate mousse is just chocolaty enough. The mousse is not too rich where you can only take a few bites. In fact, it's so good if we didn't stop ourselves we would have eaten all the mousse.
