Ingredients For dark chocolate raspberry fondue

  • 15 oz
    dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2/3 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 oz
    raspberries, pureed
  • 1/4 c
    raspberry jelly or jam

How To Make dark chocolate raspberry fondue

    In a medium microwave bowl, combine the chocolate, cream and raspberries. Microwave on medium-high in 30 second intervals, stirring after each time, until mixture is smooth. Stir in the jelly. Add more cream if the mixture seems too thick for dipping. Pour into serving bowl or fondue pot to serve.

    You can dip pieces of fruit or cubed cake in this decadent fondue. Of course, if you use cake, it's no longer going to be gluten-free!
