My son, Connor, has become quite the pastry chef. He made these and they were a huge hit. Great for a holiday dessert.

Ingredients For cookie dough truffles

1/2 cbutter, unsalted, softened

3/4 cbrown sugar

1 tspvanilla

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 can14 oz-fat free sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cchocolate chips, mini (heaping 1/2 cup full)
How To Make cookie dough truffles

1Beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and beat. Alternating, add the flour followed by the condensed milk, beating well between. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

2Scoop out 1 tablespoon balls, place on parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour until they are firm.

3In the palms of your hands, roll them into balls. Dip them in melted chocolate and put them back in the refrigerator to harden.

4Store them in the fridge. Makes approx 45 truffles.
