Ingredients For coffee chocolate chip muffins

2/3 cwhole milk

5 Tbspbuttter, melted

3 Tbspinstant coffee granules

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

1 lgegg, lightly beaten

9 ozall-purpose flour (about 2 cups)

2/3 csugar
-
1/2 csemisweet chocolate chips

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

How To Make coffee chocolate chip muffins

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients.

2Lighly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with knife. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Make a well in center of flour mixture.

3Add milk mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moist.

4Spoon batter into 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray or cupcake liners. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until done. Remove muffins from pan immediately to cool. Do not overbake or muffins will be tough.
