Ingredients For coffee brownie

1 cflour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

6 Tbspinstant coffee

1/3 cwater
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 cbutter (cut into pieces)

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

3eggs
How To Make coffee brownie

1Preheat oven to 350 F

2Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan

3Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and salt in a small bowl

4Combine instant coffee and water in a medium saucepan. Stir until coffee is dissolved. Then add sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil.

5Remove from heat . Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6Make a well in the dry mixture. Pour the coffee/chocolate mixture into the well and mix until batter is smooth.

7Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes (until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean)
