Ingredients For chocolate squares

  • 1 box
    brownie mix
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 3 Tbsp
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2/3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 pkg
    baker's german sweet chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine

How To Make chocolate squares

    Bake Brownie mix per instructions on Box, only bake till 3/4 done. ( you want a fudgey chewy brownie) cool before spreading cream.

    Middle Cream: Mix margarine, vanilla instant pudding, vanilla extract, confectioners sugar, to frosting consistency, add milk to help cream. Add to cooked brownies, put into fridge to set cream, about 1 hour.

    Chocolate topping: Melt German Chocolate with margarine till chocolate melted and smooth, spread over brownies with frosting. This is a very thin layer, spread all over.

    When I cut these I try to make them smaller than regular brownies. Serve individually in cupcake wrappers. They are very sweet. Best if kept refridgerated.
