2chocolate, unsweetened squares, melted

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped
How To Make chocolate spice zucchini bread

1Grease and flour (2) 8x4 inch loaf pans. Beat eggs well; add oil and brown sugar, mixing thoroughly. Add vanilla, zucchini, and melted chocolate and beat well.

2Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. Add to zucchini mixture by spoonfuls, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts by hand until combined.

3Bake in loaf pans at 350 for 40-60 minutes. Cool in pans until loaves can be removed (10-15 min), then cool on rack.
