These beauties gave me first place in a Local Baking Contest. they are really good . hope you enjoy. IF NOT FOR CHOCOLATE, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR CONTROL TOP PANTY HOSE. AN ENTIRE GARMENT INDUSTRY WOULD BE DEVASTATED. we must save the garment industry. :):):)

Ingredients For chocolate raspberry truffle brownies

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cbutter
-
3/4 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

2large eggs

2 Tbspwater, or coffee liquor

3/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking powder
- FILLING

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 -8 oz. pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cpowdered sugar
-
1/3 cseedless raspberry preserves
- GLAZE:

1/4 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tspvegetable shortening
How To Make chocolate raspberry truffle brownies

11) Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat; cool slightly. Beat sugar and eggs together. Add chocolate mixture, water or liquor and miss well. stir in flour and baking powder; blend well. spread batter into greased 9x9 pan. bake 350* for 30-35 minutes. cool

2filling: melt 1 cup chocolate chips over low heat; set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and preserves, beat till fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate until well blended. Spread over top of cooled brownies

3Glaze: Melt chocolate chips and shortening. drizzle over filling layer. chill at least 1 to 2 hours. Bring to room temperature and cut into small squares or bars
