My family makes this fudge every year at Christmas and everyone loves it.

Ingredients For chocolate fudge

7 1/2 ozmarshmallow fluff

2 1/2 csugar

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 stickbutter or margarine

5 ozevaporated milk

3/4 tspvanilla

12 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cwalnuts (optional)
How To Make chocolate fudge

1Grease a 9” square baking pan and set aside.

2In large saucepan combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.

3Increase heat to medium and bring to a rolling boil being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling. Boil slowly stirring constantly 3.5-5 minutes to the soft ball stage.

4Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips until they are melted. Stir in vanilla. Add nuts. Pour into greased pan and chill.
