Ingredients For chocolate french toast

  • 1 c
    1% milk
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    baking cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 8 slice
    bread

How To Make chocolate french toast

    In bowl, beat together milk, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray.

    Place skillet over medium heat. Dip each bread slice into milk/egg mix, both sides should be soaked. Place bread in skillet. Cook on both sides until browned, about 4 mins each side.

    Serve w/ warmed maple syrup.
