I have two diffrent recipes of this dessert and this is the one that I get the most compliments on, people always ask for the recipe whenever I bring it to a function.

Ingredients For chocolate eclair dessert

1 box graham crackers
-
2 small boxes french vanilla instant pudding

3 1/2 cups milk
-
1 8-oz cool whip
-
chocolate frosting ing.

6t. cocoa
-
2tsp. oil
-
2tsp. corn syrup
-
2tsp. vanilla
-
3t. butter
-
1 1/2 cups confectionary sugar

3t. milk
How To Make chocolate eclair dessert

1Layer graham crackers on bottom of a 13 x 9 in. pan.

2mix pudding and milk blend in cool whip.

3Top crackers with half of pudding mixture.

4Repeat layers of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Top with layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours.

5For frosting: mix all frosting ing. together and spread on top of crackers. Refrigerate and hope you enjoy it like we do :)
