Ingredients For chocolate eclair

  • 2 pkg
    instant french vanilla pudding (large boxes)
  • 3 c
    milk
  • graham crackers
  • 1
    8 ounce container of coolwhip
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla watkins

How To Make chocolate eclair

    Mix together 2 pkgs vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk. Fold in 1 eight oz container of coolwhip. Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Continue to alternate layers of pudding mixture with layers of graham crackers ending with graham crackers on top.

    Topping: Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup milk, 1 stick oleo and 1 tsp vanilla. Boil no longer than 1 minute. Cool slightly. Pour over top of the graham cracker layer and regrigerate at least one hour.
