Another one of my Grandma's delicious frostings. This frosting is best used for a white or chocolate layered cake.

Ingredients For chocolate cream frosting

3chocolate, unsweetened squares (3oz.)

1/2 cwhipping cream

1egg , slightly beaten
-
3 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar (more if needed)

1 tspalmond or vanilla flavoring
How To Make chocolate cream frosting

1Chop the chocolate squares into small pieces.

2Melt the chocolate and cream in a medium sauce pan on the stove on medium heat or in a double broiler .

3Stir constantly until nice and smooth.

4Add slightly beaten egg and cook until thick and smooth.

5Remove from stove and pour into a mixing bowl , add the sugar gradually , beating until smooth.

6Add the flavoring last of all.

7Frost your favorite cake or cupcakes and enjoy.
