Ingredients For chocolate covered popcorn

1bag popcorn, popped (i prefer jolly time)

3squares almond bark (any color)

sprinkle decorations, if desired
How To Make chocolate covered popcorn

1Pop the bag of popcorn; spread onto parchment paper. Remove all un-popped kernels (careful, they are hot!) Let popcorn cool.

2Melt almond bark according to package directions in the microwave or on a double boiler. Using a spoon drizzle over cooked popcorn; use decorative sprinkles, if desired, before the almond bark has hardened. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes until the bark has hardened. Once hard, carefully use your fingers to "toss" the popcorn gently. Repeat the coating process again. Makes awesome goodie and gift bags! Enjoy!
