    oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 box
    fudge brownie mix
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate milk
  • 6 Tbsp
    dark chocolate chips, divided
  • 6
    fun-size Milky Way bars, sliced
  • 2
    king-size Snickers bars, sliced
  • 5
    fun-size Baby Ruth bars, sliced
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 pkg
    instant chocolate pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate syrup

How To Make candy bar cobbler

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat a 10-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Add crushed Oreo cookies and press down evenly.

    In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and chocolate milk. Whisk for 5 minutes until blended.

    Pour half of the batter into a prepared pie plate and spread evenly. Top with 4 Tbsp dark chocolate chips and a layer of sliced candy bars.

    Pour the remaining batter all over the candy bar mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely for 10 minutes.

    In another medium bowl, combine heavy cream, pudding mix, and cream cheese. Whisk for 3 minutes until smooth. Allow to set for 5 minutes. Then spread over brownie mixture.

    Drizzle with chocolate syrup over the pudding mixture. Garnish with remaining dark chocolate chips.
