How To Make chocolate cobbler

1MIX TOGETHER FLOUR,SUGAR AND COCOA. ADD MILK,VANILLA,OIL AND NUTS. POUR INTO A GREASED 8X8 INCH PAN. MIX BROWN SUGAR AND 1/4 CUP COCOA TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE OVER BATTER.. DO NOT MIX. POUR, VERY VERY SLOWLY, HOT TAP WATER OVER DRY MIXTURE AND BATTER.. DO NOT MIX. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 35 TO 45 MINUTES.. I COOKED MINE FOR 45 MINUTES.
