chocolate chip pudding cookies

I found this recipe in my Mom's old recipe container. This recipe is so easy and versitile. We have used Lemon, vanilla, and chocolate pudding so far. You can substitute choco chips for peanut butter chips. I have used almonds and walnuts. I do like the sugar free pudding better, cookies are not as rich with it. Enjoy this as much as my sister and I do. It is almost a competition to see who can come up with the best new concoction.

Ingredients For chocolate chip pudding cookies

3 1/2 call purpose flour

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 cbutter, softened

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 csugar

1 pkg(6 serving) instant pudding mix (you pick flavor, sugar free is ok)

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
3eggs
-
3 cchocolate chips

1 1/2 cnuts (optional)
How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies

1Mix flour with baking soda, set a side.

2Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in a large mixer bowl; Beat in eggs.

3Gradually add flour mixture.

4Then stir in chips and nuts.

5(Batter will be stiff) Drop rounded spoon full on ungreased cookie sheets.

6Bake at 375 degree for 8-10 minutes.
