1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/4 cbrown sugar, dark and firmly packed

1 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 cchocolate chips, mini

2-3 pinchcinnamon, ground
How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake dip

1Mix the raisins and brandy (making sure all the raisins are coated) and let soak for 15 minutes.

2In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and whipping cream until well blended and smooth; add the vanilla, mixing well.

3Blend in the brown sugar and cinnamon; mix in the \"slushed\" raisins and chocolate chips, blending well.

4Garnish with a light dusting of 2-3 pinches of cinnamon; serve at room temperature.

5Makes about 3 3/4 cups of dip.
