While at work one evening I heard people commenting on this strange cheese ball someone had brought. Guess who? They loved it. If you're looking for savory this is not the one. But it sure is a great change when you want to serve a sweeter snack to any age. Kids especially like having a cheese ball they think is more for them.

Ingredients For chocolate chip cheese ball

8 ozcream cheese; room temp

1/2 cbutter/margarine; room temp

3/4 cpowdered sugar

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 tspvanilla extract

3/4 cmini semi-sweet choc chips

3/4 cfinely chopped pecans
How To Make chocolate chip cheese ball

1Beat room temp cream cheese and butter
-
2Add both sugars and vanilla
-
3Stir in chips. Cover and chill 2 hrs in refrigerator

4Shape into a ball, wrap well in plastic wrap and chill at least another hour or until ready to serve

5Unwrap and roll in nuts before serving.
