I'll be making these this morning. My hubby loves these. They're moist and so yummy! Almost like a dessert. Serve w/ pecan syrup or maple syrup.

Ingredients For chocolate chip-banana pancakes

    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 c
    fat-free milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 lg
    banana, diced
  • 1/2 c
    mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make chocolate chip-banana pancakes

    In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, whisk together milk, butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

    Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients, just until moistened, don't over mix.

    Gently fold in bananas, chocloate chips, and nuts. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter into skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top. Flip pancake over and cook until other side is browned. Serve w/ syrup.
