Ingredients For chocolate caramel corn

12 cpopped corn

1/2 cbutter

1 1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1/4 cbaking cocoa (to taste)

3/8 clight corn syrup

3/4 tspsalt

3/4 tspbaking soda
How To Make chocolate caramel corn

1In pan, melt butter; add sugar, cocoa, syrup, and salt. Sitr occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue to cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat, stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour over popcorn (which has been divided among ungreased baking pans). Stir until corn is coated.

3Heat in a 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
