3loaves of italian bread, cubed

3 cmilk ( i used 2%)

1/4 cheavy cream

1/2 ckahlua (or any coffee flavord liquer)

1 cwhite sugar

1 cbrown sugar

1/4 ccocoa powder

1 Tbspvanilla
-
2 tspalmond extract

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

6 lgeggs, beaten

8 ozsemisweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate bread pudding

1GREASE 13X9 BAKING DISH OR A LASAGNA SIZE TIN PAN. FILL WITH CUBED BREAD.

2IN A LARGE BOWL WHISK TOGETHER MILK, HEAVY CREAM AND KAHLUA.

3IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE BOTH SUGARS AND COCOA POWDER. ADD THIS TO MILK N CREAM MIXTURE N MIX WELL.

4ADD THE VANILLA , ALMOND N CINNAMON TO BEATEN EGGS. COMBINE THE EGG MIXTURE WITH THE MILK MIXTURE N MIX WELL. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.

5POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE BREAD CUBES N LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES N MIX A FEW TIMES SO BREAD CAN ABSORB LIQUID.

6BAKE THE BREAD PUDDING FOR AN HOUR OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED IN MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN. SERVE WARM OR COLD WITH WHIPPED CREAM OR ICE CREAM....ENJOY :)
