1 1/2 chalf and half

1 cheavy cream

1 csemisweet chocolate chips

1 csugar

2eggs, slightly beaten

8 cfrench bread cubes
How To Make chocolate bread pudding

1Heat half-and-half and cream to almost boiling.

2Pour into large bowl.

3Add chocolate chips; whisk until chips are melted.

4Add sugar and eggs; keep whisking.

5Add bread; stir until all cubes are moistened.

6Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.

7Let stand for 10-15 minutes.

8Bake at 350? for 30 minutes.

9Serve with whipped cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
