Ingredients For chocó-peanutty banana sammich

2 bananas, sliced

3/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped

8 tbsp nutella {chocolate hazelnut spread}

8 tbsp peanut butter, creamy

3/4 stick butter

1 cup brown sugar, divided

2 tsp cinnamon, ground

1/4 cup brandy
-
8 refrigerated large flaky biscuits
How To Make chocó-peanutty banana sammich

1In a large plastic bag, combine ½ of the brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Deep fry biscuits at 320 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and done. Flip for even browning. Remove from oil; and shake in bag with brown sugar cinnamon

2Slice the biscuits in half. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on the bottom halves of biscuit’s Spread peanut butter on the top halves of biscuits.

3Melt butter in a large heated skillet. Add remaining brown sugar to the skillet. Allow sugar to melt. Remove pan from heat and add brandy. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add bananas and hazelnuts, Simmer for 2-3 additional minutes. Remove from the heat.

4Spoon banana hazelnut mixture on top of the chocolate hazelnut. Place top halves of biscuits on. Plate up and spoon banana mixture around the biscuits.
